Payment is debited within 1-3 working days from the order being registered on our website.
Qliro is Five Seasons payment provider and handles payment transactions at the checkout. When you choose Swish, you will therefore see that the payee is Q*Five Seasons, which means that it is Qliro who is the recipient of the money for the purchase and handles the payment on behalf of Five Seasons.
If you choose Swish as your payment method, all transactions will be processed in Swedish Krona (SEK).
Shipping cost and delivery time
We charge SEK 49 for shipping and SEK 90 for returns.
We handle all orders as soon as possible and ship them normally 1-3 days.

Each product has its own size guide. You can find it under the size options, inside the product’s page. Under the buy button.
RETURN
Use the sticker with the barcode that came with your order. Stick it on the package you are returning and include a completed return form. Include name, order number and which product you are returning in the return form.
THE EXCHANGE
when changing size or color, you need to make a normal return and a new order. Had a better price when you first ordered, then send an email to Hello@fiveseasons.se with your new order number, and we will correct the price.
If you wish to advertise, then send an email to Hello@fiveseasons.se Send a picture and why you wish to advertise. We will give you two options for compensation in the event of an approved complaint.
Replacement options:
1. You return the item with the return shipping slip that we provide you via email and we will refund you in full when the item arrives at our warehouse. We want you to include a note that clearly states that the return concerns a complaint and which order number it applies to.
2. We prefer that you find a way to repair the jacket and we will refund you 50% of what you paid for the jacket, a broken seam can be easily repaired by a tailor, eg Then we save a jacket that would otherwise have been piled up.
In case of suspected production error, for example; broken seams or a broken zipper, there may be reason to make use of the right of complaint. We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency’s recommendations, which give the consumer the right to seek compensation within 3 years of the product being delivered.
