Payment

With us you can pay with the following: QLIRO, SWISH, PAYPAL 

You always have a 14-day cooling-off period, so if you change your mind, you can return the item.

Open purchase always applies, even on sale items.

Payment is charged within 1-3 working days from the time the order is registered on our website.

Shipping

We charge 49 SEK for shipping and 90 SEK for returns.

Returns & exchanges

RETURN

Use the barcode sticker that came with your order. Stick it on the package you are returning and include a completed return form. Include your name, order number and which product you are returning in the return form.

BYTES

when changing size or color, you need to make a regular return and a new order. If you had a better price when you first ordered, send an email to Hello@fiveseasons.se with your new order number, and we will correct the price.

Complaints

If you wish to make a complaint, please send an email to Hello@fiveseasons.se Send a picture and why you wish to make a complaint. We will give you two options for compensation if the complaint is approved.

Replacement options:

1. You return the item using the Return Shipping Label that we provide to you by email and we will refund you in full when the item arrives at our warehouse. We would like you to include a note clearly stating that the return is a complaint and the order number.

2. We prefer that you find a way to repair the jacket and we will refund you 50% of what you paid for the jacket, a broken seam can easily be repaired by a tailor, for example. In this way, we save a jacket that would otherwise be in a pile.

In case of a suspected production error, for example; broken seams or broken zipper, there may be reason to use the right of complaint. We follow the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Agency, which gives the consumer the right to seek compensation within 3 years from the delivery of the goods. We make an assessment of the right to compensation in each individual case. You can read more at the Swedish Consumer Agency here.
